After installing the application on your computer, you are able to work through your profile at your own pace. Once you feel you would like to take advantage of the online emergency access and document storage features of the site, simply subscribe to service to obtain your Solace Member ID and upload your profile to our server. The steps below lead you through the basic process. After completing the initial enrollment process, you will receive your emergency access wallet card through the mail in approximately two weeks. You may also use the instant card printout from the software or website.

Step One ... Get Solace and build your profile

• Visit the www.healthinfostat.com site
• Click the "Free Download" button and install Solace
• Complete your personal health record at your convenience. A Health Profile Organizer workbook can be printed to help you gather important information. You may proceed to the next step even if you have not completed the entire profile

Step Two ... Subscribe to Health InfoSTAT service and upload your profile

• Click the "Upload" button and Solace will help you purchase memberships, assign membership ID's to your profile in upload your profile

Once Your Enrollment Is Complete ...
Your information is now available via the internet. To access your information, simply click the "Account Access" button on the main menu and enter your Solace Member ID and emergency, owner, spouse, or family Access Password.
