If you decide to subscribe to the Health InfoSTAT service in the future and make your AMP Personal Health Record available online, it can be uploaded to our secure web server for the special AMP Employee Member pricing of $16.95 per year.

The same step by step organization is used when you create your AMP Personal Health Record ... useful while you are in good health as well as an emergency.
If you choose to download the personal health record, the system requirements are as follows:

RAM: 256 MB or higher recommended

Hard Drive Space: 30 MB
